LoDo looses a true friend

LoDo lost a great friend and neighbor last week with the passing of long-time Denver philanthropist, art collector, and civic leader.  We will miss you and everyone at Kentwood City Properties sends best regards to his wife and fellow LoDo favorite Jan Mayer.

Fred and Jan lived in LoDo and opened their home to friends and fellow residents, and contributed frequently to the cultural and social needs in the neighborhood.

Sincere condolences and very best wishes to Jan during this difficult time.
