The Beauvallon, an Anchor of Denver’s Golden Trialgle

This French Baroque style building with luxury to spare frames Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood

The Beauvallon is considered by many to be one of Denver’s finest new high-rise buildings. This gorgeous 15 story modified French Baroque style building was completed in 2004 and is one of the anchors of the Golden Triangle neighborhood. The two identical residential towers of this $104 million project frame the center section, which houses most of the residential amenities and parking. The developer of the building chose this style to reflect the European quality and style.  Its design features wide balconies, two-story mansard roofs, ornate cornices, urban landscaping and other Old World architectural elements. All together, the Beauvallon is made up of 210 luxury condos as well as loads of retail and other conveniences.

The Beauvallon is the product of Denver developer Craig Nassi, president of The Beauvallon Corp. who is also known for his two other Golden Triangle high-rise towers, The Prado and the Belvedere. Beauvallon was designed by Denver architects Martin Design Inc. and built by general contractor Swinerton Builders, also of Denver.

The building features amenities including on-site retail, restaurants, salons, office space, a rooftop pool, a spa and fitness center, European gardens, dry cleaning, gourmet grocer, and a doorman, just to name a few. Inside each unit, you’ll find kitchens with maple cabinets and granite slab countertops, remarkable views of the city and the mountains and more. Condos at the Beauvallon range in price from the $200,000s to $2.2 million.
