Riverfront Park Offers Green Oasis in Downtown Denver

Riverfront Park is one of the most interesting and innovative neighborhoods in Denver and the United States. Riverfront Park sits on 25-acre Commons Park, an oasis of green in the middle of downtown with trails, picnic areas, and kayaking and fishing on the South Platte River running through it. Thanks to the opening of the Millennium Bridge linking Riverfront Park to downtown, the city’s best sports, entertainment and cultural venues are within a 10-minute walk of the neighborhood.

As Denver’s only new downtown neighborhood, Riverfront Park attracts a wide variety of residents: young singles who work downtown, empty nesters rediscovering their freedom, professional couples, and newcomers who see the neighborhood as a refreshing change from the suburbs.

Home styles are wonderfully diverse: imaginative lofts overlooking the park, traditional condominiums, and elegant penthouses, all designed by one of the country’s top architects. Residents find everything they need within a few steps of their front door, including restaurants, coffee shops, a health club, a bank, a wine shop, and even a gourmet grocery store.
