A tour of the new design center at One Lincoln Park shows an unlimited number of finish selections for the design-conscious buyer.  The building which is currently under construction will offer customized interiors for each of its units. 

The design center has an entire wall of glass tile alone, and another of carpet, ceramic tile, etc.  The buyer will be allowed to chose from an seemingly unlimited number if finish materials.

How the developer will be able to manage the customization process will be something to observe.  Developers usually dont offer the buyer the chance to customize since it slows down the building process and it is difficult to manage all the changes and deliver a perfectly completed unit.

The views from One Lincoln Park should be unique for a downtown Denver condo building.
