Kentwood City Properties was recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as the Top Office with 11-30 agents.

Kentwood City Properties celebrated their 7th anniversary with the Top Medium-Sized Office award from the Denver Board of Realtors.  At the annual Realtor Roundtable event hosted by the Denver Board, Kentwood City Properties received the award for their $231 Million in closed sales during 2005.

This marked the 4th time the Kentwood City office had won the award since their inception in 1999.  The office was formed to provide full-service support to buyers, sellers, and developers throughout central Denver, including LoDo, the Central Platte Valley, Cherry Creek, Highlands, Curtis Park, and other central neighborhoods.  Subsequently, the office has been a top re-selling agency at Riverfront Park.

Kentwood was well represented at the annual awards luncheon, with the Kentwood Company office in DTC winning the Top Office award for companies in the 30-50 agent size category.  As well, 4 of the top 10 individual Realtors were Kentwood Brokers including Edie Marks, Sandy Weigand, Dee Chirafisi, and Gina Lorenzen.  John Burns and Jim Nussbaum also won honors in Top Project and Top Team categories.  Nancy, Front Desk Manager at the DTC office also won as Support Person of the Year.
