Denver’s Westword Magazine cited the Golden Row Townhomes recently as one of their Best of Westword awards.  The award category was Best New Residential Low-Rise.

In usual Westword fashion, the award write-up finds humor in the recent architectural offerings among new construction in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, commenting on Craig Nassi’s buildings ("big fat Greek high rises"). 

But they become serious and complimentary when describing the Golden Row Townhomes as "three out-of-this-world" neo-modernist townhouses." 

it is true that Bill Moore and his crew at Sprocket Design-Build are creating architecture and interiors in central Denver that look to the future.  Their efforts at Golden Row incorporate glass, color, metal, and stone in a rich array which surprises and soothes the senses.
