GABRIEL LISTON TO TALK AT MIZEL CENTER SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25th

It certainly has been a busy season for artist talks, and from our standpoint that’s a good thing, there is nothing more refreshing than to find out what was going on in the artists mind when they are creating their work, or hearing about the progression of their career. A very special panel discussion will ensue on Sunday, February 25th which affords current Plus Gallery artist Gabriel Liston the opportunity to discuss the Mizel Center exhibition "(New) Disasters of War." Liston is joined by Lisa Tamaris Becker, the director of the Sibell Wolle Gallery at CU-Boulder, who will moderate a discussion along with artists Jerry Kunkel, Gary Emrich and Edie Winograde. This is a fantastic exhibition and should be a rousing discussion highly relevant to current world themes. It takes place at the Mizel Center’s PLUSS Theater (not to be confused with the Plus Gallery). For more information visit www.mizelcenter.org
