Analysis of financial cycles point to continued local expansion

Dr Glenn Mueller of Dividend Capital recently spoke to brokers from the Kentwood Companies at a private event.  He commented that the city of Denver has come into its own as a second tier city. 

A review of financial cycles shows that we are poised for continued expansion.  It is exciting to hear a nationally known market analyst speaking optimistically about our economy.

one comment that I found interesting was in reference to the "echo boom" – the kids of the baby boomers are expected to mimic the impacts of their parents in the way the arrive in large numbers and impact the market cycles.  I will be interested in reading more on this subject.
