Downtown Denver soon home to Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels

Four Seasons announcement means Denver gaining status as a destination city

the long-awaited announcement that Four Seasons Hotel will be coming to downtown Denver is great news for our fine City!

The 202 room Ritz-Carlton Hotel is currently under construction at 1881 Curtis Street, and is said to cater to a less formal, more casual kind of guest.  But it remains one of the top hotel brands in the world and brings high-end luxury opportunities not previously available in downtown Denver.

The location of the Ritz-Carlton is untested, but renovating the former Appartments at Denver Place provided the right opportunity.

The Four Seasons location near Larimer Square and Denver’s theatre district will be sure to attract elite buyers from throughout front range and the western US.

The Four Seasons hotel is also across the street from the announced Great Gulf project at 1401 Lawrence, a 55 story condominium high rise.
