Downtown Denver Real Estate stays strong!

Downtown Denver Real Estate is staying strong with the help of the New Museum of Contemporary Art and the Highland Bridge project.

Check out the recent article on Downtown Denver Real Estate in the Denver Post.  While the suburban areas of Denver fight to keep their real estate market going the LoDo market is staying strong. What do we have to thank for this? Location! There are a million things to do down here in the Heart of the City with cultural and family events to attend on almost a weekly basis. The new Highland Bridge and New Museum of Contemporary Art are bringing more interested buyers to our doorstep. People want to be where the action is!

"This is a very subjective market," the article quotes Kentwood City’s Dee Chirafisi, who focuses on downtown properties. "It’s really based more on lifestyle than on what’s going on in the economy. Anytime there is anything exciting happening downtown, the real estate market is really strong. When Coors Field came to town, it was very busy here. Now that the Highland bridge is coming in, the new Museum of Contemporary Art, the (renovated) Union Station, it’s extremely busy again."
