Downtown Denver Living web resource provides information on urban living options.

The Downtown Denver Partnership has launched a website to help prospective urban dwellers learn about living options in Downtown Denver. www.livedowntowndenver.com will help increase downtown Denver's population and market the city center.

The Downtown Denver Partnership has launched an new "Live Downtown" campaign to help prospective urban dwellers a comprehensive resource for available information on "for sale" and "for rent" properties in the center city.  The new website is www.livedowntowndenver.com.

The Partnership is promoting the site to help show off Denver’s collection of urban amenities, including multiple housing options from affordable housing to swanky highrise condos, retail, restaurants, and all kinds of sports and entertainment.  The general goal is to increase population in Denver’s core urban area and market downtown as a desireable residential option.

Downtown Denver offers a nice mix of urban living options, including historic warehouse conversions, upscale new condos, live-work space and older victorian neighborhood communities.  Consider that within about a mile of the city center you can find real communities like Curtis Park or the Highlands.  These are real neighborhoods with diverse populations, amenities, and housing options from historic victorians to recent infill.

The Partnership site is getting plenty of press, and President and CEO Tamara Door is hitting the streets to get the word out.

As a downtown business owner and Managing Broker of a full-service residential real estate Brokerage, I really appreciate the Partnership’s efforts.  For years, Kentwood City Properties has been offering downtown housing information to walk-in, call-in, and internet customers, but it is difficult to manage the resources of all that infomation.  We specialize in central Denver "for sale" housing options, but we cant keep up with all the changes in rental apartments and condo developments throughout the city, despite our efforts.  Everyone has questions about upgates on parking and transportation, retail, dining, etc.
