This neighborhood is anchored by Denver’s magnificent City Park, which is
home to the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and the City Park
Golf Course, along with some of the city’s most spectacular flower gardens,
lakes, playgrounds and tennis courts. The homes on the north and west sides of
this beautiful park range from turn-of-the-century early Craftsman bungalows and
Denver Squares to post-World War II Tudors and ranch homes.
City Park is within two miles of Downtown Denver and enjoys easy access to
the city’s public transportation. Stately maple, ash and linden trees shade
quiet neighborhood streets, and homeowners demonstrate great pride of ownership.
Rediscovered by homebuyers in the 1990s for its quality of architecture and its
marvelous location, City Park neighbors enjoy a strong sense of community
pride.
