Denver’s Cherry Creek Neighborhood

By Rachel Hurley, Broker Associate

Below East Sixth Avenue from University Boulevard eastward to Colorado Boulevard, this neighborhood once was home to working people who toiled for Denver’s wealthiest citizens in nearby Country Club. Since the 1980s, the neighborhood has been almost completely rebuilt with luxurious, spacious and very modern homes replacing humble bungalows.

Often described as Denver’s “Rodeo Drive,” Cherry Creek is where you’ll most likely spot Rolls Royces and well-dressed pets. Its residents gather at any of the numerous coffee bars and fine eateries that line its streets.
