Kentwood City Properties and the Denver Athletic Club join together to provide outstanding service to their clientele.

Two significant contributors to the downtown neighborhood have partnered to better serve their clientele. In February, Kentwood City Properties and The Denver Athletic Club announced the new collaboration. At closing, Kentwood City clients will be awarded a one-month complimentary membership at The Denver Athletic Club.

In return, Kentwood City Properties hosts many of their events at the Club, just a few blocks from the offices at 17th and Wynkoop. “Many of the Kentwood brokers are members of the club, and it’s a great way to introduce new downtown residents to our amenities,” notes Mark Condon, Membership Director of The Denver Athletic Club.

Kentwood City Properties, LLC was formed in 1999 as the newest member of the nationally known Kentwood Company that specializes in central Denver properties. The office, located at 1660 17th Street in lower downtown, is comprised of 30 full-time realtors representing residential buyers, sellers, and developers.
