Denver Board of Realtors awards Kentwood City Properties the 2005 Top Office Award.
Kentwood City Properties, the newest member of the nationally known Kentwood Company, closed over 230 million in sales in 2005, up 25% over 2004.
Each year, the DBR Roundtable of Excellence recognizes Top Office producers for offices that have one to 10 agents, 11 to 30 agents, 31 to 50 agents and 50 plus agents.
