Denver’s Skylofts, an Award Winning Renovation

Skylofts began its life as an office building and parking garage in 1985. The building was never fully occupied and finally, it’s lender sold it to a group of developers who aimed to convert the structure into lofts. Skylofts is such an impressive renovation that OZ Architecture was given a Merit Award by the AIA North Colorado chapter for their renovation of the upper floors of this one-time office structure into 37 condos.

The first units were occupied in 1996, almost two years after the first reservations were taken.  Most units have spectacular balconies that give residents views of the mountains or the Downtown Denver skyline.
