Denver’s Grand Cherokee Lofts, an Award Winning Design
Designed by Humphries Poli Architects, Grand Cherokee Lofts consists of 39 two-story lofts. The design won the AIA Colorado Design Award and Western Region Design Award in 1999. It also won a Gold Nugget award from Builder Magazine in 2000.
The open and flexible floor plans create a dynamic living space with lots of light. High 18 foot ceilings, exposed concrete walls and ductwork, and hardwood floors accent the loft-style of the units. The double wall construction and sound attenuation between floors means you’ll have all the peace and quiet you need. Units also feature large walk-in closets, maple cabinets, bathrooms with rile tub/shower enclosures, GE appliances, and contemporary lighting. In-home work space is perfect for any professional.
The 11×5 balconies provide great outdoor space with lots of views and residents can also enjoy the private courtyard. Units come with one parking space and controlled entry access with intercom system. You can even take advantage of the storage space in the garage.
