Ajax Lofts
Ajax Lofts are located in the new
Prospect Place neighborhood in Denver’s Central Platte Valley, just west of
historic Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo). From this convenient location, loft
residents can walk to Lodo restaurants or jog and ride the paths along the
Platte River & Cherry Creek.
Utilizing heavy timbers in its construction,
Ajax Lofts were designed to emulate the
historic buildings found throughout Lodo, but has all the amenities of a modern
building. High ceilings and large windows articulate the interiors of Ajax Lofts, but what makes them truly
unique is the use of heavy timber and exposed brick creating a mix of old and
new architectural styles. This mix of styles coined “Industrial Chic” defines
not only the building but the entire Prospect Place Neighborhood, with a mix of
lofts, shops, bistros and galleries designed around a community plaza, or
rather, piazza. It’s all been designed with European Flair to evoke an Italian
Village.
Ajax has spectacular views, expansive windows, and balconies or
terraces in most of the loft residences. Other features of the residences also
include; 12-20 foot ceilings, vaulted in select units, solid maple cabinetry and
concrete countertops, and secure underground parking. Ajax, named for a famous
mine near Aspen, has 49 loft-style condominiums ranging from 650 to 2000 square
feet.
