24 Walnut is a new development project in the Ballpark neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Kentwood City Properties has been contracted to do the marketing and sales for the project. The project will start construction in March of 2006 and the units will include 29 units, from 1,600 square feet to 2,400 square feet, and will be priced from $425,000 to $725,000.
