Denver's Kentwood City Properties begins new Front Doorway project

Direct entry from the corner of Wynkoop and Streets will make Denver's Top Real Estate office even easier to find!

Kentwood City Properties has received approvals to begin their new front doorway to Wynkoop Street. Work will begin October 24, 2006 and will be completed by the end of the year.

"Our clients will find us even easier to find" said Jim Theye, Managing Broker and Owner of Kentwood City Properties. Currently, the front door to the building is locked on the weekends, which makes it harder to access. The new entry will activate an under-utilized block on Wynkoop Street between 16th and 17th streets.

The reception desk will move and the interior will be remodeled, which will give clients a warm welcome to Kentwoods listings and brokerage services.
