Wynkoop Residences now taking reservations.

Opus recently rolled out their newest project known as the Wynkoop Residences.  The web page is now live and listing brokers Dee Chirafisi and Jim Theye of Kentwood City Properties are taking reservations.

The new website is www.wynkoopresidences.com.  he page will become more functional within the coming days to include floor plans and interior specifications.

The project will really go live on May 12, but the press release went out in mid April so reservations are being taken to hold units off the market.  All contracts are due in by June 15.

The Opus project is located in Denver's lower downtown historic discrict, affectionately known as LoDo.
