Kentwood City Properties and Trademark Communities yesterday finalized their agreement to commence marketing and sales at the Piranesi condo building, located in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood. Trademark has developed the building, which is ideally located between Delaware and Cherokee Streets at 11th Ave. Kentwood City brokers are excited to list the project, which not only is in a fabulous location but is nearing completion. In this market, buyers seem less enthusiastic about a condo that is 18 to 24 months out. The model units at Piranesi will be completed by mid June of this year. Matt Buder, CEO or Trademark, is eager to get a focused sales and marketing effort up and running. He comments that it has been a long winter, and that when people get a chance to see the interior finishes, floor plans, and views from his building, they will be amazed. The Golden Triangle neighborhood, blocks from the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Public Library, and other cultural amenities, is a known habitat of Denver art lovers. This project should fit right in. |
