We are presenting an update of our weekly showings information below. This is helpful information when evaluating the local marketplace. The market in central Denver has been soft lately but seems to be improving. As a company, we were up a full 40% in total 2006 sales when compared to 2005 - a remarkable trend in an otherwise down or static marketplace. Currently, our highest concentration of listings fall into categories priced between $300,000 and $750,000. As of today, we are receiving the most showings on properties in the $300,000 - $399,999 price points. We are also receiving a high volume of showings for many of the other higher price points. Please watch for updates on a weekly basis. | March Target Marketing Analysis | | March 1, 2007 through March 12, 2007 | | Listing Price Range | # of Active Listings | # of Showings | | | | | Under $50,000 | 5 | 3 | | $50,000-$59,999 | 0 | 0 | | $60,000-$69,999 | 0 | 0 | | $70,000-$79,999 | 1 | 3 | | $80,000-$89,999 | 1 | 0 | | $90,000-$99,999 | 1 | 0 | | $100,000-$119,999 | 6 | 5 | | $120,000-$139,999 | 2 | 3 | | $140,000-$159,999 | 4 | 4 | | $160,000-$179,999 | 7 | 32 | | $180,000-$199,999 | 10 | 30 | | $200,000-$249,999 | 12 | 49 | | $250,000$299,999 | 17 | 53 | | $300,000-$399,999 | 31 | 112 | | $400,000-$499,999 | 23 | 57 | | $500,000-$749,999 | 28 | 22 | | $750,000-$999,999 | 18 | 60 | | Over $1 Million | 22 | 38 | | TOTAL | 188 | 471 |
