| February 05, 2007 | | Word on the streets is that it is going to happen | I spoke with a couple of development managers last week at the Kentwood City Properties Client Appreciation Party who told me that the Four Seasons Hotel is going to happen. There were lots of developers there, and everyone was checking out "Project Alley" where Kentwood displays their current project listings. it was crowded, so most of the prospective buyers have come back for another visit when it isnt so packed with people. The nice weather helped bring out over 1000 of Denver's finest for the event to celebrate the grand opening of Kentwood City's new front door onto Wynkoop Street. Ilse Peters has said all along that the project was a go, but it sounds like they needed to get the money in place and then figure out the mix within the building. They seem to be making progress. The sign at the Great Gulf building across the street goes up this week. | Topic Tags: Denver Business Journal, Denver Four Seasons Hotel, Denver Great Gulf, Denver luxury condos, Denver Residential Real Estate., Downtown Denver condos, Four Seasons Hotel, Great Gulf, Jeff Selby, Michael Brenneman, Teatro Tower |
