ArtHouse Townhomes Grand Opening was a huge hit with the LoDo friends and neighbors.

Broker Dee Chirafisi and Developer Continuum Partners invited the neighborhood to the official Grand Opening of the Art House Project!

The ArtHouse townhomes consist of 13 newly-completed, contemporary townhomes at the new Museum of Contemporary Art.

Now Open every Sunday from 2-4 p.

"Over 350 LoDo Neighbors attended the Grand Opening" says Dee Chirafisi, Listing Broker and Partner of Kentwood City Properties real estate brokerage.  "It was great to meet and watch our neighbors see the finished product and get a feel for this redeveloped block adjacent to LoDo."

The ArtHouse officially kicked of their Open House season with the Grand Opening last Thursday evening.  Rain clouds pounded the site until 10 minutes before the start of the Open House, which seemed to be perfect timing for hundreds of curious friends and neighbors!

Mark Falcone, Roger Pecsok and Jim Hartman from Continuum Partners hosted, with Dee Chirafisi and fellow Kentwood City brokers Jane Wallace, Alyssa Jahns, Georgia Mulligan, Becky Sable, and Jim Theye giving tours throughout the remaining six units at the ArtHouse project.

The remaining units include two 4-story townhomes at nearly 3000 sq ft in size, priced at about $1.5 M, and 4 2-story townhomes priced under $1 M.  The units have contemporary finishes, and the model shows off art work provided by Bill Havu Gallery.

Comments ranged from awe for the contemporary finishes to curiosity of what it would be like to live in such an urban setting and still have some nice outdoor space and a front door to the street.  It is a unique lifestyle space unusual for central Denver, especially with its unique location next to LoDo, Union Station, and the Pepsi Center, not to mention Cherry Creek the Platte River, and Riverfront Park!

Now that the Grand Opening has occurred, the ArtHouse units will remain open Sundays from 2-4.  If the traffic this past Sunday is any guage, the remaining units should move pretty quickly!

The new Contemporary Art Museum sits on the corner of 15th and Delgany Streets, and the ArtHouse project townhomes wrap the museum and enjoy a generous, cobblestone courtyard shared by the Monarch Mills condos.
